Bridge to Care has been providing long-term care and disability care and supports in the province of Alberta. Currently servicing many long-term care and high medicated clients we have an extremely competent and efficient staff to meet all of your needs.

We are affiliated with a pharmacy for 24*7 oncall support which is equipped with PacMed packaging machines, an MDM machine for checking the medication strips, and are well-versed in Catalyst e-MAR software, all of which are designed to ensure the right medication at the right dose goes to the right patient at the right time.
